Lounge

The lounge has an open fireplace with exposed beams; it is well-equipped with wide screen TV, DVD, stereo, and seating for 10 people. There is a good selection of DVDs and board games.

Kitchen

The farmhouse kitchen has an electric/gas range, microwave, fridge freezer, washer dryer and walk through larder.

Dining Room

The dining room seats 8 - 10 in comfort.

Bedrooms

There are four bedrooms, three with double beds and one with twins; the master has a full ensuite. There is also a travel cot.

Bathrooms

The bathroom on the the first floor is modern and fully equipped including bath and separate shower. There is an additional downstairs toilet.

Conservatory

The conservatory has splendid garden views and adjoins the kitchen breakfast room for alfresco dining during the year.
