Terms & Conditions for Booking White Cottage in the Cotswolds
Arrival & Departure
White Cottage will be available after 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the morning of departure (or by prior negotiation). Pillows and duvets are provided, guests are required to bring duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases and towels.
A security deposit of £100.00 is required with the final payment. White Cottage must be left clean and tidy with all rubbish placed in black bin bags and left at the end of the drive in the wheelie bins. White Cottage is available from 4pm on the arrival date.
Amenities
The use of the accommodation and amenities is entirely at the hirer’s risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to person/pets or personal belongings. No responsibility can be accepted for damage to, or loss of, any vehicle or its contents.
Hirer’s Responsibility
The Hirer is responsible for the cottage and is expected to take all reasonable care. All utensils, equipment etc. must be left clean and the cottage clean and tidy at the end of the hire period.
Damages
All damages and breakages are the responsibility of the hirer and must be reported and paid for.
Pets
One well-behaved pet is accepted, the charge is £10 per week.
Payment
A deposit of 25% of the rental is payable on booking. The balance of the rental is payable eight (8) weeks before the start of the holiday. A security deposit of £100.00 is required with the final payment. Non-payment of the balance in advance shall be deemed to be a cancellation of the booking. For bookings made less than eight (8) weeks in advance the total amount is payable on booking.
